Bronzing Brick - Taos
Taos: Drawing on the warm, terracotta hues of New Mexican adobe, our deepest shade was inspired by the arts heritage and community brought together by Mabel Luhan Dodge and Tony Luhan. These included early twentieth century arts figures such as Georgia O'Keefe, Ansel Adams, D.H. Lawrence and Alfred Stieglitz. The shade is a burnished, reddish-brown and can be used for darker complexions or to contour.
MAKE BEAUTY Bronzing Bricks are talc-free, matte bronzers inspired by the spiritual heartlands of the American Southwest and the arts communities they have inspired.
Each jetmilled powder creates a satin smooth texture that speaks to the bold colors of its influences — the sun-burnished intensity of Joshua Tree, California; the burnished, terracotta tones of Taos, New Mexico; the soaring red-rich canyons surrounding Marfa, Texas. Baked on terracotta clay tiles, the advanced formula begins life as a highly pigmented slurry, which is then molded into a round dome and infused with skin-loving nutrients.
The products can be applied effortlessly and wear endlessly. With three shades of different intensities, they can be used to impart natural or sun-kissed color across the seasons. Go a shade lighter in winter months or deeper in the sultry, summer.
